About the Role

We have a Casual, Monday – Tuesday vacancy for a Production Operator in our Wangara (Soon to be Neerabup) Warehouse to assist in manufacturing roofing blanket and other general warehouse duties. This is a manual labour role, full training is provided, previous experience is not required. Possibility for extra shifts as required by the company.

About You

We are seeking a hard-working, friendly, team-focused individual with a strong work ethic, strong communications skills.

You will need:

· A current forklift license (experience preferred but not required).

· Strong communications skills with a team-focus.

· A commitment to quality.

· Ability to follow SOP's, safety protocols, and compliance standards.

· A 'C' Class License.

· Ability to lift 20KG's +.

· Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets.

· Operating and monitoring production machinery.

· Assisting in sample preparation.

· Preparing raw materials and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

· Ensure products meet satisfactory quality standards set by the market.

· Unloading of containers.

· Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised work environment.

· Adhere to all health, safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
