About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced safety professional to play a pivotal role in our growing organisation. You'll work side-by-side with our frontline teams across NSW, driving initiatives, supporting best practice, and inspiring a strong, positive safety culture that ensures everyone goes home safe, every day.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Implement HSEQ Strategy in NSW in collaboration with your regional safety colleagues
  • Lead WHS and safety training, including new starter inductions and equipment training
  • Perform site visits to verify compliance with WHS standards
  • Lead toolbox talks
  • Carry out risk assessments
  • Investigate incidents
  • Support the creation of safe work method statements
  • Implement WHS policies and legislation
About You
  • You lead by example in a safety-first culture
  • A Cert IV in WHS is essential
  • A driver's licence is essential (manual or auto)
  • You have at least 2 years' experience within a similar role
  • Sound knowledge and experience in WHS policies, processes, and safe systems of work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
