About the Vacant Positions

Rockford College is growing, and we're looking for two dedicated professionals to join our team in Rockdale. If you're experienced, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a dynamic education environment, we encourage you to apply.

1. Accountant (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

  • Perform payroll duties and ensure timely staff payments

  • Prepare and lodge BAS statements and superannuation

  • Conduct bank reconciliations and financial reporting

  • Maintain financial records and support audits

  • Provide regular financial updates to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field

  • Proven experience in an accounting or finance role

  • Knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations

  • Experience with accounting software and reporting tools

2. ICT Business Analyst (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business processes and identify areas for IT improvement

  • Work closely with staff to gather system requirements and suggest solutions

  • Support LMS, SMS, and internal systems across departments

  • Create system documentation, guides, and workflows

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for system integration and support

  • Assist in data reporting, automation, and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline

  • Experience in business analysis or ICT support role

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Familiarity with education systems (LMS, RTO Manager, or similar) is an advantage
