Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Carpenter/ sub-contractor, located in Greater Newcastle Area. The Carpenter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including framing, finish carpentry, working with power tools, and using hand tools to complete residential renovation and extension projects to a very high standard. The Carpenter will also be expected to adhere to safety standards and ensure that all work is completed to the company's high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry
  • Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
  • Skills in Framing / cladding / finishes
  • Attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
  • Relevant certifications or trade qualifications in carpentry are a plus
