Your Key Responsibilities include:

  • A Member-First Approach: Be the host of your club, creating a WOW experience and cultivating an engaging community where members feel valued and supported.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing techniques to drive membership growth and engagement, including building B2B relationships in the community.
  • Day-to-day Operations: Managing club operations, including sales calls, member enquiries, cleaning, equipment maintenance, social media, and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Hiring, coaching, and mentoring a team of fitness professionals to ensure our members receive the best fitness experience.
  • KPI Oversight: Monitor KPI progression and collaborate with the leadership team to achieve strategic targets.

Requirements:

  • Current certificates III & IV in Fitness.
  • Current CPR & First Aid.
  • Current Blue card.
