At Beds N Dreams', we are looking for an exceptional Top Sales Professional to join our retail team in our Auburn, NSW store. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales of our premium bedding and furniture products. What you'll be doing

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the perfect products
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge to advise customers and help them make informed purchasing decisions
  • Exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and building strong customer relationships
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Support the store manager with day-to-day operations and team management as required

  • Love of retail sales and customer service
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships
  • Strong product knowledge and the passion to continuously learn about our extensive range of premium bedding and furniture
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, while also demonstrating initiative and drive
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
