About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Manage daily site tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet high-quality standards.
  • Perform hands-on carpentry work across all aspects of renovation building, from commencement through to completion.
  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing team while maintaining the ability to operate autonomously when required.
  • Uphold excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and personal presentation on every project.
  • Take on a variety of roles and responsibilities as projects progress, contributing to team success.
  • Be involved in a range of interesting and challenging construction projects, with ongoing work available in the pipeline.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Construction White Card, a valid driver's license, and your own tools & PPE.
  • A utility vehicle with racks or the ability to transport materials when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • The ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous renovation experience.
  • A proactive, reliable, and punctual attitude.
  • Experience mentoring and working with apprentices (preferred).
  • A good understanding of math for accurate measurements and material take-offs (if required).
  • The physical ability to perform manual labour as needed.
