About the Role

We're looking for someone who's easygoing, proactive, and always ready to jump in and give everything a go.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Director ready to lead with confidence and compassion. You'll take charge of a varied caseload, including dermatology, while bringing your surgical expertise and clinical knowledge to the forefront. Mentoring vets and upskilling nurses will be a key part of your role, helping shape the future of veterinary care.

Whether you're working sole charge or guiding the team, your leadership will foster a positive, high-performing clinic culture. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment and be supported every step of the way by our Area Manager and Regional Clinical Director, who'll ensure you have the tools and guidance to succeed in your leadership journey.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualifications from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or alike examinations. For further information, please refer to
