Job DescriptionWe're excited to be expanding our multidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants living in the Wollongong & Nowra region's and welcome an Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in their local community.
Successful candidates will be providing supports to cover NDIS participants living in the following areas (depending on where you live) Wollongong, Nowra & surrounding suburbs. You might find yourself in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or the clinic space.

- Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL's and IADL's
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
- Participate in professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervision
- Engage in group supervision & disability specific workshops
- Collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
- Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
