Are you a highly organized and tenacious recruitment professional who loves being busy?

Our client, a leading force in the recruitment industry, is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.

Established in 2020 and servicing the trades and industrial sectors, this business comprehensively understands the unique requirements of their client's, aiming not only to fulfil their staffing needs but provide guidance and support and act as partners in strategic recruitment.

This small and close-knit team is passionate about achieving 'all win' outcomes where more job seekers transition into permanent employment for industrial, trade, and professional roles.

In this role you will work alongside a dynamic team to further cultivate relationships with clients by delivering a high-quality recruitment service.

Key responsibilities:

-Running effective recruitment campaigns end to end

-Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates

-Writing adverts

-Using the CRM and following quality processes

-Coordinating medical checks

-Completing reference checks

-Submitting profiles to clients

-Meeting with clients onsite to establish relationships

-Collaborating in a team environment

The ideal candidate will possess:

-Proven track record in recruitment with a minimum of 18 months experience - either internal or agency experience welcomed

-Be an organized and productive person who loves thriving in a busy team

-Be an excellent team player who loves contributing to company goals

-Capability to understand recruitment industry best practices

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
