Fletcher's TransRefrigeration is seeking experienced mechanics and trade assistants to join our team as Transport Refrigeration Installation Technicians.

In this role, you will be installing new refrigeration units across a wide range of makes and models, including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems. You will ensure all units are fitted correctly, tested, and operating efficiently.

This is a full-time position offering:

Key Responsibilities
  • Install Mitsubishi Heavy Industries refrigeration units on Woolworths Online trucks
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections to maintain fleet reliability
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and industry regulations

What We're Looking For
  • Qualified tradespeople or trade assistants in automotive, auto-electrical, or mechanical fields
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A valid driver's licence
