About the Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Loan Processor/Broker Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 years of experience in credit or loan processing who is looking to grow their career in the mortgage and finance industry.

You will work closely with our brokers to support loan submission, manage compliance, and ensure smooth back-office operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain deep insight into the end-to-end loan process while being part of a supportive and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities


• Support end-to-end loan processing, including document preparation, client follow-up, and compliance tracking.


• Liaise with lenders to follow up on loan progress and outstanding conditions.


• Apply credit understanding to assist brokers in structuring deals.


• Maintain client records and data accuracy in CRM and lender platforms.


• Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and an ability to priorities tasks.


• Handle confidential information with professionalism.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for candidates who:

  • Have at least 1 years of experience in a credit, loan processing, or broker support role (highly regarded).
  • Finance, banking, economics and accounting background are preferred.
  • Are eager to grow their career in the finance or mortgage industry.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Communicate clearly and work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe, and database navigation.

Preferred Backgrounds

Prior experience in mortgage credit, banking operations, or finance support roles.

Academic background in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Bilingual skills (Asian background) are preferred due to client base.
