This is a full-time hybrid role for two Selenium Automation Test Analysts, one with specializations in Workday and other with Salesforce. The role is located in the Greater Sydney Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for workday/Salesforce applications, executing test cases, evaluating test results, and identifying defects. The analyst will also collaborate with development and business teams to ensure software quality, improve processes, and deliver high-performing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Test Execution and Testing processes, with experience in both manual and automated testing techniques.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving technical issues and enhancing test efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Test Management practices, including planning, tracking, and reporting on testing activities.
  • Experience in Manual Testing, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience align with business requirements.
  • Hands on experience with Selenium testing tools, particularly for Workday and Salesforce platforms, is highly preferred.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and documenting testing procedures.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment is a plus.**
