**Test Analyst**:

**Purpose of Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships and liaise closely with Applications Support Lead, Product Owners, Project Managers and vendors
- Understand business requirements, technical specifications, end ‑to ‑end business processes and solution design documents, highlighting any gaps or potential improvements and feed into test planning and test case artefacts
- Support the Applications Support Lead in the implementation of the strategy, including scope identification, test coverage, resource assignments, environments, scheduling, reporting, data provision and defect management
- Assist with the planning and co-ordination of test execution with Business SMEs for Systems Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and Product Validation Testing (PVT)
- Raise defects and track them to closure within the set timeframes, thereby minimizing any impacts on delivery of test execution

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a test role, preferred experience of 4 years, across various test phases including, but not limited to, Functional Testing, Systems and Systems Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing and Production Verification Testing.
- Experience working in complex environments that include testing delivery, project delivery, business process changes, and integrations
- Demonstrated leadership and the willingness to take on additional responsibilities
- Experience in automation tools such as Ranorex, Selenium, SOAP UI or others is highly desirable
- Experience in Health Industry is highly desirable
- Experience in working remotely while still being engaged and effective is highly advantageous
- Certification in Domain/Testing/Delivery methodology like ISTQB or Agile certification is preferable
