We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Console Operator/Customer Service to join our team at Metro Store in South Windsor, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their needs
  • Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
  • Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organised store
  • Answering customer inquiries and handling any complaints or issues
  • Assisting with inventory management and other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a positive customer experience
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • A friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
