We are looking for an experienced
Automation Engineer
with strong expertise in
Selenium, Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript
and
framework development
. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly technical, and able to design and build scalable automation solutions while working in a hybrid setup from Melbourne.

Job Title:
Selenium + Playwright Automation Engineer (JavaScript/TypeScript)

Location:
Melbourne (Hybrid)

Client:
Infosys

Experience:
Minimum 3+ Years Relevant and Automation 6+ years.

Contract:
6+ Months Rollover

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium & Playwright.
  • Implement automation solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Perform end-to-end automation testing including functional, regression, and integration.
  • Ensure automation scripts are reusable, scalable, and maintainable.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of relevant automation testing experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Selenium WebDriver
    and
    Playwright
    .
  • Expertise in
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    for test automation.
  • Proven experience in building
    custom automation frameworks
    .
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
