Job Description
  • Lead and execute efficient and compliant HDC processing of inbound supplier deliveries, purchase order receipting, store replenishment, customer deliveries and customer collections
  • Provide leadership and direction to a HDC operational team, developing employee knowledge and capability through coaching, training and performance feedback
  • Support achievement of HDC key operational targets such as inventory management, cost, safety and service
  • Ensure Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is operated safely as designed to maintain product integrity and workplace safety
  • Ensure site waste and recycling processes are being achieved and complied with through direct and indirect resources such as delivery drivers
Qualifications
  • 5 years operational warehouse experience
  • YR 12 Education
  • Demonstrated team leadership
  • Familiar with Kaizen and Lean methodologies
  • MHE training
