About the role

EnvirocleanOz' is seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaner to join our team on a contract basis at our Gold Coast Region, QLD location. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in commercial properties, ensuring a safe and presentable environment for our clients and their customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a variety of general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising
  • Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels and toilet paper
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management team
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety guidelines
  • Working efficiently and effectively to complete cleaning tasks within allocated timeslots
  • These are the sites, hours and locations available and you can have one site or all;

COA009 (1hour 30min hours per night Monday-Friday at Clear Island Waters).

SAL002 (3hours anytime from Friday night or over the weekend at Molendinar).

BED001 (2 hours and 45minutes Wednesday at Bundal).

COA007 (1 hour 30 minutes Tuesday and Thursday and 2 hours anytime from Friday night or over the weekend at Chevron Island).

HEP001 (2 hours and 45 minutes Wednesday and Friday night or anytime over the weekend at Yatala).

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a commercial cleaning role, ideally within the Cleaning Services industry and a minimum of two years experience
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as you will have key access to some sites .
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks
  • Familiarity with the use of commercial cleaning equipment and solutions
  • As a contract position you will need your own cleaning equipment such as; HEPA filter backpac vacuum cleaner, mops, buckets, squeegee and so on.
  • You will need your ABN
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Insurance
