In this role, you'll engage with clients across Australia, strengthen relationships, provide exceptional customer support, and identify opportunities for them to gain even more value from MCG. You'll be the friendly, professional voice of our brand—someone who delivers great service while driving positive outcomes for our clients and the business.

We'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop your sales and communication skills, setting you up for success and long-term career growth within our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Making outbound calls to all existing clients to build relationships and check in on their experience

· Proactively sharing helpful resources, updates, and service information

· Identifying client needs and passing leads or issues to the right internal team

· Tracking all communication and feedback in our CRM

· Acting as a bridge between our company and clients to ensure consistent, positive touchpoints

What We're Looking For:

  • A confident, empathetic communicator who enjoys talking to people
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to explain information clearly and follow up with timely, relevant materials
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and managing a high volume of client interactions
  • This is a full-time role but for the right candidate part-time would be considered
  • Potential to work from home
