Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of lawn and garden maintenance tasks, including hedge trimming, pruning, planting, weeding, mowing and whipper snipping.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values to clients.
  • Embrace learning opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Showcase a strong work ethic, resilience in all weather conditions, and a positive can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3yrs experience in lawn care, gardening, or landscaping is advantageous.
  • Minimum Permanent Residence Visa Status.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Possession of a valid manual driver's licence is essential.
  • Ability to commute to our headquarters in Suffolk Park, NSW (5mins to Byron Bay).
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
