We've created a workplace culture that's inclusive, hands-on, and full of opportunities to grow.
We're currently looking for a Workshop Labourer to join our team. Whether you're bringing experience or looking to get your foot in the door and learn, we want to hear from you - attitude and commitment are what matter most.
About the Role
This is a practical, hands-on role in a fast-paced workshop environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with a variety of workshop tasks
- Workshop receiving and deliveries
- Preparing tools and materials
- Using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling insulated panel products

- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Completing tasks independently and as part of a team
- Supporting the day-to-day efficiency of the workshop
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who brings energy, initiative, and a keen eye for detail. Ideally, you'll have experience in a workshop, building, or construction setting - but we're just as interested in your work ethic and attitude.
You'll also need to:
- Bring a positive, can-do mindset to work everyday
- Hold a manual driver's licence and have your own reliable transport (a manual licence is a mandatory requirement)
- Be physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Be punctual, dependable, and a strong team player
- Be able to pass drug and alcohol screening
- Be comfortable in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
- Have permanent working rights in Australia, with no restrictions
- Hold an LR and/or forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
Bonus points if you have a carpentry or trade background—these skills will come in handy.
Why Join Us?
- Immediate start available
- Secure full-time position in a supportive team
- Work with a company that values commitment, craftsmanship, and contribution
