We're looking for a **Female Therapist** to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is experienced in the beauty industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform advanced beauty and skin treatments, including laser hair removal, facials, chemical peels, and other specialised services.
  • Ensure treatments are carried out professionally and tailored to clients' needs.
  • Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations.
  • Mentor and guide junior therapists, ensuring high standards of professionalism and service.
  • Assist in staff training and onboarding for new team members.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a positive and professional clinic environment.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings.
  • Manage client inquiries, consultations, and follow-ups with a focus on satisfaction and care.
  • Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory of products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Contribute to the overall smooth running of the clinic by assisting with daily operations.
  • Upsell treatments and products, achieving personal and clinic sales targets.
  • Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns and offers.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty and skincare trends, treatments, and technologies.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to clinic protocols, industry regulations, and health and safety guidelines.

**What We're Looking For:**

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in the beauty therapy industry, with expertise in advanced skin treatments and laser services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills when dealing with client concerns.
  • Availability to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet client demand.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $24.00 – $35.00 per hour
