As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you'll be a key member of our team, providing exceptional client care while sharing your knowledge and expertise with others. You will help maintain our high standards by guiding and mentoring junior therapists while continuing to grow your own professional skills.

What You'll Need

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 2 years' industry experience in a salon environment
• Strong skills across core treatments, including:

◦ Advanced facials and skin treatments

◦ Waxing (must be highly proficient)

◦ Massage

◦ Spray tanning

◦ Manicures and pedicures

• Experience in skin diagnosis, treatment planning, and homecare recommendations
• Experience with microdermabrasion and advanced technology (training provided if needed)
• A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
