About the Company
Design & Build is recruiting a Drafting Team Leader (AutoCAD + Revit) to join an exceptional team that believes in quality over quantity. Delivering various residential projects, there is a promising pipeline of works offering a long-term position.
With a view to progress into a Drafting Manager position, this is a genuine growth opportunity that will facilitate career development for the ideal candidate.
About the Role
- Reviewing site levels and designing site works
- Reviewing structural engineering and energy requirements
- Liaising with internal and external departments, professional consultants, planning authorities and key suppliers
- Assisting with production and construction enquiries
- Assisting with Town Planning and Council applications
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of five years experience as a Senior Draftsperson in the residential construction industry
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit is required for this position
- Experience in both Production and also Masters
- Must be up to date with bylaws and regulations (Australian Standards)
