Insurance Remediation Estimator - Regional NSW | Evolve Talent
Are you an experienced estimator looking to step into a rewarding regional role with a strong pipeline of insurance and remediation projects?
Evolve Talent is partnering with a leading national builder to find a driven and capable Insurance Remediation Estimator to manage estimating responsibilities across a diverse range of projects in regional NSW.
This is a position for an experience estimator, suited to someone who thrives on autonomy, precision, and building long-term relationships within the insurance building sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates and tenders for insurance remediation projects up to $500,000 in value.
- Assess scope of works and provide accurate costings in line with project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure tenders and quotes align with construction capabilities and timelines.
- Build strong relationships with insurance providers, loss adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, trade pricing, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in insurance or remediation estimating.
- Strong understanding of building codes, trade practices, and estimating software.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with remote teams.
- A background in residential or light commercial construction is highly desirable.
Location & Travel:
- Based in Dubbo, regional NSW, with travel to project sites as needed.
- Flexibility to manage your schedule and workload autonomously.
- Fully expensed UTE
