We are seeking proactive and customer-focused Call Centre Operators for a 5 months contract supporting an important government initiative. Your primary responsibility will be responding to enquiries from the public via phone, email, web forms, fax, and mail. Hours ranging from 25 to 40 per week, depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive and professional customer service across multiple communication channels.
  • Assess and triage enquiries efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate complex enquiries to relevant internal teams.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures and guidelines.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who:

  • Have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Are proactive problem-solvers with excellent attention to detail.
  • Can work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.
  • Are comfortable using technology and following structured processes.
  • Must be available to work between November 2025 to March 2026.
  • Must be an Australian citizen (eligibility requirement).
