Workforce International are seeking an experienced Roller to work for one of our high-profile clients. This is an ongoing project located in Warnervale. The successful candidate must also be willing to move out of the cab and help with some labouring duties. Immediate start for the right candidate.

About the Role:

  • Operate a smooth drum and padfoot roller to smooth and compact surfaces.
  • Conduct pre-starts, basic machine maintenance, reporting defects.
  • Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with the wider construction team to ensure projects remain on track.
  • General labouring duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will:

  • Hold an OHS White Card
  • Possess demonstrable experience in the operation of smooth drum and padfoot rollers (Roller licences perferred but not essential)
  • Be physically fit and able to pass a functional assessment including drug & alcohol screening.
  • Possess demonstrable labouring experience with the willingness to labour as required.
  • Show strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
