About the role

Downs Cleaning Crew is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Cleaners to join our team in Toowoomba & surrounding areas. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' premises are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Carrying out general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising across a variety of commercial, residential and airbnb properties
  2. Restocking and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
  3. Adhering to health and safety protocols to keep yourself and others safe
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to client requests
  5. Collaborating with the team to deliver efficient and effective cleaning services

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a cleaning or customer service role, ideally within the Cleaning Services industry
  2. Minimum of 1+ years cleaning experience required
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  4. Good time management and organisational skills to work efficiently
  5. A friendly, professional and reliable approach to your work
  6. Good English language skills to communicate with clients and the team
  7. A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
  8. Drivers licence & reliable vehicle
  9. A clear criminal history check or willing to obtain
  10. Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift regularly throughout shift
  11. Must be flexible and available for Saturday/Sunday shifts
