Western Ranges Motorcycles Tamworth are the home of Harley-Davidson, Triumph, Ducati, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Husqvarna and Suzuki in Tamworth, NSW.

We also offer parts and servicing expertise for all other makes and models of Motorcycles, ATV and Side by Side vehicles in our professional modern showroom and workshop.

Western Ranges Motorcycles areseeking a professional, motivated and well-presented individual to join our busy Parts Department with a focus on providing great customer service

About

  • All aspects of interpreting and selling Motorcycle parts, accessories, riding gear and merchandise
  • Processing daily orders to suppliers
  • Receiving and receipting goods
  • Merchandising and Stocktaking
  • Maintaining a tidy, clean and organised store-room
  • Maintaining displays, general merchandising and re-stocking
  • Liaising with sales and service departments

The role is Monday to Saturday

Skills and experience

  • A strong team player with effective communication and independent problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator (both face to face and via phone) with the ability to build relationships with customers
  • Motivated individual with the ability to function well under pressure
  • Strong work ethic with a professional attitude
  • The ability to work alone and unsupervised
  • Proficient IT skills
  • A passion for motorcycles and some mechanical aptitude
  • Hold a current driver's license

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential. We will provide in-house and manufacturer training to the right applicant.
