About the role

Are you an experienced Shed Erector or labourer looking for a full-time role with a reputable shed construction company? THE Shed Company Tamworth is seeking a skilled Shed Erector/labourer to join our team in Tamworth, NSW. As a Shed Erector, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of sheds, carports, and other prefabricated structures.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints
  2. Assembling and erecting prefabricated shed components, including frames, walls, and roofing
  3. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
  4. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times

What we're looking for

  1. Demonstrated experience as a Shed Erector or construction labourer in a similar construction role.
  2. The ability to travel away for jobs Monday to Friday. Travel, meals and accommodation will be provided.
  3. Ability to work at heights. Physically fit.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  5. A commitment to safety and attention to detail.
  6. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  7. Drivers license a must. Truck license favourable.
  8. A valid NSW White Card.
