The team

The RegistryConnect Program will provide reliable, secure, trusted, and efficient registry services to support the economy for the benefit of all Australians. The Program has five strategic objectives: Stabilise ASIC Registry technology for enhanced security and performance, modernise registers, user channels, and interfaces, improve data quality and integrity through better linkages, enable registry reform via policy and legislative changes, Build lasting capabilities for future enhancements.

The role

As the Senior Manager, Benefits Management & Emerging Policy, you will partner with the Registry Connect and ASIC Business to update and manage the Registry Connect Business case benefits. In addition, responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on strategic product investment aligned with program goals.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders and government agencies/regulators.
  • Developing and implementing policies to support Registry Connect objectives.
  • Planning and scheduling work to meet business plan targets.
  • Delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Collaborating across ASIC to ensure program success.
  • Contributing to RegistryConnect design authority with input on new features and direction.

About you

You will have the demonstrated ability to inspire a sense of purpose and direction. You will lead and coach a team of individuals, demonstrating inclusive team practices and an ability to deliver outcomes through others.

You will ideally have proven skills in the following:

  • Proven leadership in team management.
  • Strong communication and executive influencing skills.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships during digital and business transformation.
  • Skilled in strategy development and roadmap planning.
  • Expertise in budgeting, sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving across business and technology issues.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
