Part-Time OSHC Coordinator – St Bernadines OSHC
Location: Regent Park Position: Permanent Part time Hours: 27 per week (before and after school care)
Work Style: Job share with another experienced Coordinator (3 days per week)

About Us At St Bernadines OSHC, we provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for school-aged children. Our service features a newly renovated building and a dedicated outdoor Loose Parts Playground, where children explore, build, and create every day.
Your Role As Part-Time Coordinator, you will:
- Lead and manage the OSHC program in collaboration with a job-share Coordinator
- Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality, engaging, and inclusive programs
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children
- Support and supervise staff, fostering a positive team culture
- Maintain strong connections with families and the school community
- Comply with National Quality Framework, ACECQA, and all relevant legislation
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma in Children's Service/Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent)
- Current Queensland Blue Card, First Aid & CPR
- Experience in school-aged care and play-based learning programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passion for nurturing children's creativity, confidence, and growth
