Greencross Vets is seeking a visionary veterinarian to take on the role of Regional Clinical Director across our central Sydney clinics. This is a rare opportunity to step beyond the consult room and into a leadership position where your influence will extend across multiple teams, clinics, and careers.

Job Description

Your Impact

  • Provide hands-on clinical leadership and mentorship across multiple practices
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within veterinary teams
  • Champion best-practice medicine and drive clinical innovation
  • Help design and deliver training programs that build confidence and capability
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance performance and client satisfaction
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary professionals
  • Stay ahead of clinical advancements and integrate them into everyday practice
Qualifications

What You Bring

  • A veterinary degree and registration to practice in New South Wales
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
  • A passion for mentoring and empowering others
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Flexibility to travel between clinics and support other regions as needed
  • Memberships in Small Animal Practice or working towards (desirable but not essential)
