Greencross Vets is seeking a visionary veterinarian to take on the role of Regional Clinical Director across our central Sydney clinics. Job Description
Your Impact
- Provide hands-on clinical leadership and mentorship across multiple practices
- Identify opportunities for growth and development within veterinary teams
- Champion best-practice medicine and drive clinical innovation
- Help design and deliver training programs that build confidence and capability
- Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance performance and client satisfaction
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary professionals
- Stay ahead of clinical advancements and integrate them into everyday practice
Qualifications
What You Bring
- A veterinary degree and registration to practice in New South Wales
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
- A passion for mentoring and empowering others
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Flexibility to travel between clinics and support other regions as needed
- Memberships in Small Animal Practice or working towards (desirable but not essential)
