As we grow, we are looking for a highly motivated and talented backend engineer to join our team and help shape the future of real estate technology.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with leadership and customers to deliver new products end-to-end
  • Collaborate with ML, product and GTM teams to translate real-world workflows into clean, extensible software
  • Scale existing features and infrastructures to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Establish engineering best practices and guide mentor junior engineers

What we're looking for:

  • 6+ years of backend experience, preferably in fast-paced environments
  • Strong grasp of systems design, APIs, databases, and cloud infra (we use Node.JS, ,MongoDB, AWS)
  • Experience building and scaling production systems
  • Pragmatic approach to engineering: you ship, you test, you own
  • Bonus: experience with document parsing, workflow automation, or AI/ML integration
