We're building a pioneering AI-native ecosystem for real estate, transforming the way brokerages operate and how agents manage their work.

Our team consists of skilled builders with deep industry expertise. As we grow, we're seeking a highly motivated and talented backend engineer to join us and contribute to shaping the future of real estate technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and customers to deliver end-to-end new products
  • Work with ML, product, and GTM teams to translate real-world workflows into efficient software solutions
  • Scale existing features and infrastructures to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Establish engineering best practices and mentor junior engineers
Requirements
  • 6+ years of backend experience, preferably in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of systems design, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure (we use Node.js, MongoDB, AWS)
  • Experience building and scaling production systems
  • Predictive approach to engineering: focus on shipping, testing, and owning your work
  • Bonus: experience with document parsing, workflow automation, or AI/ML integration
  • Able to build products that directly solve customer pain points
  • Early-stage mindset – ownership and opportunity to shape the stack
