About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will:

  • Maintain the accounts payable ledger and process supplier invoices.
  • Manage reconciliations and schedule payments (EFT, BPAY, credit card, etc.) to suppliers.
  • Process fortnightly payroll in accordance with award requirements.
  • Assist the Accountant with other administrative and finance-related tasks as required.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Diploma in Accounting.
  • At least 3 years' experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in computerised accounting systems (currently using INERVA).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and payroll processing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to work within a Christian, values-driven organisation.
