Our Graduate Program 2026 proposition
Successful graduates will participate in rotations between key divisions that support our business. That means you will be working closely with our dedicated team of HR professionals and more.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for talented and motivated graduates who have completed their degree within the last three years and share our ambition to support and enable customers to build vibrant businesses across Australia.
In 2026 our HR stream is offering places in Bendigo, Adelaide or Melbourne.
To be eligible to apply, you must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or be an Australian Permanent Residency holder.

What to expect
All eligible applications will receive a link to complete a Pymetrics Video Interview, remember to regularly check your Junk Inbox - just in case.
We will assess your application and video interview and those who are short listed will receive request to complete a brief Phone Interview / Q&A conversation with a member of the recruitment team.
Applicants who progress will be invited to attend a panel interview with senior members of our P&C leadership team.
Verbal offers and contracts issued from early November.
Program start date is Monday 2nd February.
