What We're Looking For

We're on the lookout for both qualified and unqualified Support Workers who live in or are happy to travel to the following areas:

  • Bass coast & surrounds
  • Toora
  • Foster

Who You Are

If you're qualified :

  • You may hold a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Nursing, or a related field.

If you're unqualified but eager to start, you may be:

  • A caring, reliable individual ready to build a career in support work.
  • Open to learning and willing to complete training.
  • Someone with personal or volunteer experience in care (highly valued but not essential).
  • Compassionate, patient, and comfortable assisting people with daily activities.

A Day in the Life as a Support Worker

Depending on your experience and the client's needs, you might:

  • Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).
  • Support clients with mobility, medication, or transport.
  • Help around the home cleaning, cooking, shopping.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Encourage community participation and independence.
