Salesperson

Since 1968 Davidson Bros Electrical has been a trusted name in the industry for industrial, commercial, rural and residential electrical installations and repairs. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Salesperson to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

• Answer incoming telephone calls and assist customers with inquiries in our front showroom

• Create and update jobs in JobTracker software

• Write out job cards and accurately relay information to technicians

• Handle cash sales, credit card, and account payments

• Prepare quotes for customers

• Process customer orders and place stock orders for technicians

• Monitor and replenish showroom stock

• Liaise with sales representatives and internal staff

• Maintain showroom tidiness and stock displays

• General administrative and computer tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

• A strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction

• Prior sales experience (preferably in a spare parts, trade or electrical environment)

• Willingness to learn about pumps, electric motors, and associated products

• Solid computer literacy and comfort with software systems

• A reliable, proactive, and well-organized team player
