An opportunity has arisen for a strong driven Supply chain Co Ordinator to join the DOMO Team. This is a fast-paced Job that requires someone who is detail driven and able to multitask, and happy to support team members with a can-do attitude.

The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator is responsible for ensuring the safe and most cost-effective arrival of furniture shipments. They are also responsible for all inventory, monitoring stock levels and ensuring correct information is available within NetSuite, pricelists and container listings for all DOMO team members.  You will be everything Inventory related.

About the role.

· The main functions of this role are Importing and ordering stock, Monitoring stock levels, costings, code creation, price lists and supplier relationships.

• Ensure the most cost-effective & time efficient method of freight/delivery is achieved whilst maintaining the safety of goods during travel for all shipments.
• Reporting to management on all inventory and shipment requirements and progress.
• Ensure general administrative duties are regularly performed accurately and of a professional standard.

Education, Skills and experience

· Proficient in Net suite preferred or similar ERP System Knowledge.

· High level of micro soft office particularly excel skills

· Ability to multitask, team player

· Highly developed oral and written communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively and courteously with both internal and external parties.
