Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sydney, NSW, for an ESM Auditor with APFS accreditation. The ESM Auditor will be responsible for conducting essential services certification and annual fire safety audits, preparing property risk assessments, and providing emergency management services. Day-to-day tasks include fire safety audits, performing system interface full function fire tests, maintaining planned preventative maintenance tracking, managing contractor incidents, and overseeing building certifications. The role also involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
