Carpenter

Maciel Carpentry is currently looking for a Qualified Carpenter to join the team.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable carpenter with a positive attitude to join our team and help bring our builds to life from frame to finish.

Majority of works are based in the Eastern Suburbs, inner West and North Shore.

Basically, we need a carpenter willing to learn and develop skills and in addition, Maciel Carpentry will offer training and room to grow in the business.

You will be working on a variety of residential projects and we need a quality carpenter for everything from:

• Framing, cladding and roofing
• Lock-up and fix outs
• Decks, stairs and exterior features
• Installation of door jambs and custom hung doors, windows and vanities
• Reading and interpreting detailed plans
• Site prep and set-out in collaboration with the team of site supervisors

You will be a good fit if you:

• Are a qualified carpenter with own tools and vehicle
• Have experience in residential construction
• Can read and work from plans
• Value clean, efficient and quality work
• Are a good communicator and team player
• Are reliable, self motivated and organized on-site
• Willing to learn and work with room to grow
