Treatment Coordinator – Learn, Grow & Transform Smiles

Location: Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:45 am–5:00 pm (Long weekends every week)

We're looking for a caring, confident, and motivated person to join The Smile Outlet – a beautiful, modern orthodontic practice in Varsity Lakes.

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the first warm smile our new patients see. You'll guide them through their orthodontic journey.


No orthodontic experience? No problem.

You'll receive hands-on training and mentoring from a leading specialist consultant who will personally teach you everything you need to succeed – from understanding treatment plans to the psychology of communication and sales.

About You

You might be a Dental or Orthodontic Assistant looking for a fresh challenge – or someone from a customer-facing background who loves people and is great at building trust.

Most importantly, you should be:

  • Someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives

Orthodontic knowledge is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most.


About the Role
  • Welcome and guide new patients through their orthodontic journey
  • Discuss treatment options and payment plans in collaboration with our dentists.
  • Learn and apply advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Contribute ideas to our patient experience, sales, and marketing strategies
