The Opportunity Awaits:

In this role, you'll leverage your exceptional attitude and work ethic to excel in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Mastering Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools
  • Collaborating closely with engineers and construction teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Thriving under pressure and meeting strict deadlines with poise and professionalism
  • Working independently and taking ownership of your projects
  • Championing company policies and guidelines with unwavering diligence
  • Assisting the civil team to guarantee timely project delivery
  • Coordinating logistics, plant/vehicles, and resources across various departments
  • Conducting SWMS, Prestart, and Toolbox Talks on-site each morning

    Interpreting architectural and structural drawings to ensure flawless implementation
  • Collaborating with supervisors and managing on-site teams to uphold safety and quality standards

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Previous on-site and project experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
