We are a very busy espresso bar in the CBD, looking to hire a RELIABLE and EXPERIENCED BARISTA. You will need to think on your feet and use initiative, work well under pressure, have a sense of humour, be a team player and provide top notch customer service. We have a tight knit team that are keen to add to the crew. Our Coffee shop has a strong, regular clientele base that we truly care about. We only serve quality products and are only interested in hiring genuinely good people that care about quality food and customer service.

Pay is above the award. We are firm believers in a healthy work life balance. You will also get Free coffee Our working relationships are based on respect and honesty, we want our staff to enjoy themselves everyday and make mates along the way.

Your jobs includes but is not limited to:

Making Coffee

taking orders - in person & on the phone

cash handling

food preparation (we will pay for you to obtain your Food Safety Supervisor Certificate)

general cleaning

Work availability is Monday to Sunday - MUST BE ABLE TO START AT 5am - The free coffee is to keep you going :)

You MUST have experience as a Barista
