Positions Required
Operations Supervisor – Multiple positions
As a Leading Hand, you'll play a pivotal role in building strong operational foundations and ensuring smooth, efficient deliveries. You'll work closely with delivery partners and internal teams to support loadout, routes, and safe delivery practices. With your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork, you'll help drive operational excellence from day one.

Warehouse Support – Multiple positions
As Warehouse Support, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with drivers, delivery partners, and internal teams to coordinate daily loadouts, manage package flow, and support on-the-ground and in-route operations. With your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and hands-on approach, you'll help ensure every delivery goes out safely and on time - jumping in wherever needed to support the team and keep things moving.

Package Sorter – Multiple positions
Package Sorters play an essential role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring every package is sorted quickly and accurately for on-time delivery. Working as part of a fast-paced, supportive team, you'll unload trucks, scan and label parcels, and sort them by route to keep the delivery process seamless and efficient.

Qualifications And Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a transport or logistics role of similar scope.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly understand and identify issues and implement solutions.
• Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude with a hands-on, team-oriented work style.
