Barista – Grow Café

We're looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team at Grow Café.

About the Role:

You'll be serving up great coffee, taking orders, and helping create a welcoming café atmosphere. If you love coffee, enjoy chatting with customers, and can keep cool under pressure, this role is for you.

Details:

  • Days: Monday + 1 other weekday (flexible)
  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Pay: $23.95 per hour + super
  • Perk: Enjoy free coffee on the job

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous barista experience (dialing in, milk texturing, latte art preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment
  • Reliable and positive attitude
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Australian or NewZealand Citizen (required)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kingswood NSW 2747: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Barista: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Preferred)
