We love coffee & we love great food and we are looking for hands-on experienced, charismatic Baristas/All Rounders - who are creative, passionate, professional & focused on hospitality excellence.

If you are an experienced hands-on Barista/All Rounder in the coffee & food production environment, within the hospitality industry - who has a ‘BIG’ personality, loves engaging with customers & staff, loves your craft & has the ability to contribute to a team environment that provides exceptional customer service, this opportunity is definitely for you.
- Barista experience - including proven Latte Art skills.
- Food preparation experience.
- Creatively minded, jack-of-all trades & ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment - particularly during busy periods.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Flexibility in terms of working hours which are required to meet business needs - which includes being available on weekends.
- Fast & efficient worker who is able to alternate between various stations in the Café, based on business needs.
- Knowledge of food sanitation & safe food handling processes, procedures, standards & practices.
- Good working knowledge of coffee & food production equipment such as coffee machine, grinder, sandwich press, cooking, hot plate, milkshake machine, juicer, etc.
- Can-do positive attitude, flexible, hard-working, reliable, punctual, energetic, fun-loving & a Team Player.
- Strong interpersonal & customer service skills.
- Ability to demonstrate our values - which includes among others honesty, maintaining total integrity and expressing themselves in a courteous, mature and professional manner with everyone at all times.
