**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Use Dental4Windows to schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Collaborate with dental staff to coordinate patient care and optimise scheduling
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work Saturdays (Saturday overtime rates included)
- Must have experience using Dental 4 Windows
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental reception/assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
